We welcomed in 2023 with a fantastic talk from professional photographer Andy Phillips. Andy’s work covers a wide range of genres including landscape, commercial work, infra red and table top/close up work.

His talk to us was around the table top and close up work and is going to form the basis of events we have planned for our February and March club nights.

Andy’s talk was informative, instructional and amusing and presented some outstanding images from his portfolio.

He showed how simple setups can be the most effective in producing stunning images, especially when combined with some straight forward editing and texture overlays.

An excellent start to the year and a great topic for building your own photographic skills.
