For our November practical evening, we welcomed back Marlies Chell with a selection of her fantastic minibeasts for us to photograph.

It was a busy and fruitful evening with everyone getting the opportunity to take pictures at the 6 stations that Marlies had set up for us. She was also on hand to help manage the creatures when needed and to help most of us get our cameras and setups right to get the most out of the opportunity.

There was a quiet intensity throughout the evening as everyone tried to get the most out of the opportunity with many folk not even bothering with a mid session coffee!

A fantastic practical evening and a big thank you to Marlies and her son for delivering such a wonderful event.
